If we do not have any current job openings and working at eres really appeals to you, then by all means, contact us anyway.
Below is the profile of the person we would like to see join our team in the future.
Most roles in Relocation typically suits a diplomatic and communicative individual; someone who oversees processes and implications. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study, work or otherwise. Perhaps you have worked in the airline or hospitality industry. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life’s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. We value people with IT literacy, who have a down-to-earth, friendly working attitude. Strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity, and pleasure in service delivery.
Working in eres means working in an international work environment. There are always opportunities to share ideas and collaborate with colleagues in the different countries where we have offices. We also offer training programs and career paths. Especially, we focus on personal and professional development through training and empowerment at an early stage of the career. We are committed to helping all employees reach their full potential as quickly as possible. We put people first, that means our employees too. We manage the needs that come up with a flexible work location policy, especially during the pandemic. We measure performance by results, not by number of “connected hours.”
All eres colleagues meet once a year in one of our countries. The receiving office organises a few days with team-building activities and getting-to-know-each-other social events. If not for COVID-19, we would have gathered in Milan in December 2020…. Let’s hope we can organise this “eres day” in 2021 and perhaps you will be joining us too!
In the Relocation Consultant position, you would help the employees of our clients who move to and from Spain with their search for housing, installation and also during the departure process when the course is finished. In the position of Immigration Consultant, you would help our clients’ employees who move to and from Spain with their immigration processes, as well as to ensure compliance with local regulations.
